(no subject)

Oh, yeah, so I have my first job as a cashier at Walmart. I started on September 22 and got my first paycheck (for two days works) on Thursday. So far, I have no interesting stories to add, honestly, other than making n00by mistakes that were easily corrected. But I'm sure by Black Friday, I'll be honestly traumatized!

Yesterday I did my first full shift solo and, really, my biggest complaint is that my feet can't handle so much standing at once. They were throbbing when I was sitting down afterward yesterday, and they were sore when I was brave enough to stand today. Hopefully I'll get used to it as I go along. And I guess I should really work on learning produce codes other than bananas...

So far so good overall, though.
